Everyone, but especially Seniors, should make a Well-Being Plan, to protect their health, safety and independence.
Extra Safeguard: SafeAtHome’s Well-Being RX Program
The SafeAtHome Alert System includes a life-saving program called the Well-Being RX Program. In the event that a 911 emergency medical team is called to your home, this program ensures that the 911 responders gain immediate access to critically important information about your medical information and prescription drugs.
Here’s how it works. When you receive your SafeAtHome Alert System, it includes:
- Two highly visible Well-Being Rx decals [to your right]–place one on your front door.
- Well-Being Rx forms to record your medical conditions, prescription information and your physician’s contact information.
- A Well-Being RX envelope to hold the Well-Being Rx forms and tape to your refrigerator.
Just complete the Well-Being Rx forms and place the envelope on your refrigerator door. If a 911 emergency medical team is called to your home, they will be told to look for the prominent
SafeAtHome Alert Well-Being Rx envelope on your refrigerator for critical medical information about you.
The Well-Being Rx Program is an optional accessory available for an additional +$1.00 per month.
