SafeAtHome Alert now offers a Warranty Assurance Program / System Performance Guarantee!
We know you depend on your SafeAtHome Alert equipment and that is why we use the highest quality rated equipment in the industry. All equipment is tested after programming to ensure it is working properly before we ship to you.
However, if your console should happen to fail, simply contact SafeAtHome Alert for unlimited technical support. Our Customer Care personnel can dial right into your system and troubleshoot your equipment.
If we cannot fix the console remotely, we will overnight deliver a new unit to your home on the next business day. If the equipment stops working for any reason, it will be replaced. All normal wear and tear is covered under this warranty. You will be provided a box and instructions to ship your console back to us at no cost. Please read the terms and conditions for full details.
The SafeAtHome Warranty is an optional accessory available for an additional +$3.00 per month.
