24/7 Alert System
Being protected by SafeAtHome Alert couldn't be any easier. The SafeAtHome Alert System includes a durable console unit to place on your bedside table and a water-resistant HELP button, which can be worn around your neck as a pendant, on your wrist like a wristwatch or clipped to your belt, so it can be with you at all times.

If a home emergency situation should arise:
- Press the HELP button to summon the SafeAtHome Emergency Monitoring team.
- Your SafeAtHome console sends a signal to our Emergency Response Center.
- Within seconds, one of our specialists is speaking to you on the two-way voice speaker on the console unit.
If you’re out of voice range of our powerful 2-way console speaker or you cannot speak:
- The Emergency Response Center has a protocol of immediate actions to take to respond to the situation.
Additional Information
In the event of a power failure, the SafeAtHome System has a battery back-up that will last approximately 30 hours. When your battery backup becomes too low, a signal is sent to our Emergency Response Center staff, who will notify your call list. When your electricity is restored, the unit will automatically recharge the battery.The SafeAtHome System is equipped with backup battery load-shed circuitry that prevents the battery from being too deeply discharged. For added peace of mind, the HELP button is monitored by the console and will alert you when its long life battery is approaching the time to replace it.
The SafeAtHome System set-up and activation is simple, takes about five minutes and does not require a technician. When you become part of our family, you will receive a system with your information already programmed. Average delivery time is two days but overnight delivery is available. Instructions and visual guides explain how to activate the system in three easy steps.
Monthly testing of your unit is recommended-just press the HELP button and tell the operator that you are testing the unit. Your console unit is best placed near your telephone on a flat surface. It requires no special maintenance.

SafeAtHome Alert System knows that not every older person is the same or has the same needs. As a result, we offer optional accessories to best suit you or your families needs. - Wall Help Button
- SafeAtHome Alert recommends that you wear your personal Help Button at all times. For some of our clients this may not always be possible. The Bathroom & Hallway button easily attaches with double-sided tape to any surface. Place one in the bathroom, bedroom, or any additional location where a fall might be more likely.

- Extra Personal Help Buttons
- The SafeAtHomeAlert System can support up to fifteen Personal Help Buttons or Wall Help Buttons. Purchase additional buttons for your own convenience or to protect additional people in your home. Added benefit: There is no charge if you have multiple users on the same system, but each person would have to wear their own HELP button.

- Personal Lock Box
- SafeAtHome Alert's Lock Box is safe and secure, with easy to set combination or change features, that only take seconds. Emergency response time can be faster with a lock box over hidden key locations, which can be hard to locate. With your lock box, you will greatly reduce the chance of damage happening to your home in the event of an emergency.
