Water-Resistant Help ButtonThe SafeAtHome Alert System includes a water-resistant HELP button, which can be worn around your neck as a pendant, on your wrist like a wristwatch or clipped to your belt, so it can be with you at all times. If a home emergency situation should arise, simply press the HELP button to summon the SafeAtHome Emergency Monitoring team. Your SafeAtHome console sends a signal to our Emergency Response Center and within seconds one of our specialists is speaking to you on the two-way voice speaker which is built into the console unit. |

Water-Resistant Help ButtonOur Emergency Response Center is a UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certified monitoring facility with the highest classification, and is owned and operated by the SafeAtHome company. We have state-of-the-art technology combined with a highly trained emergency response staff to monitor your calls and emergency situations. We have over 80 operators and staff members on call 24/7 to keep you safe. Our mission is to care for you and to give you peace of mind. |

Billing frequency option

Pet Protection ProgramWe love pets too! Our unique Pet Protection Plan helps ensure that when you need help, your pet is not forgotten. SafeAtHome Alert has a place to record information about pets that are in your home. If a 911 emergency medical team is called to your home, they will be notified by our operators of the pet(s) on premises and told your pet’s name. This preparation can reduce difficulties at the scene and help minimize pet stress. If you are taken from your home to the hospital, your call list will be reminded that your pet has been left at home alone, so someone can make arrangements for your pet’s care. Peace of mind for pet owners is another way that we look out for you. |

Emergency Lock BoxSafeAtHome Alert's Lock Box is safe and secure, with easy to set combination or change features, that only take seconds. With your lock box, you will greatly reduce the chance of damage happening to your home in the event of an emergency. |
