Water-Resistant Help Button

The SafeAtHome Alert System includes a water-resistant HELP button, which can be worn around your neck as a pendant, on your wrist like a wristwatch or clipped to your belt, so it can be with you at all times. If a home emergency situation should arise, simply press the HELP button to summon the SafeAtHome Emergency Monitoring team. Your SafeAtHome console sends a signal to our Emergency Response Center and within seconds one of our specialists is speaking to you on the two-way voice speaker which is built into the console unit.

Our Emergency Response Center is a UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certified monitoring facility with the highest classification, and is owned and operated by the SafeAtHome company. We have state-of-the-art technology combined with a highly trained emergency response staff to monitor your calls and emergency situations. We have over 80 operators and staff members on call 24/7 to keep you safe. Our mission is to care for you and to give you peace of mind.

Multiple Users

There is no charge if you have multiple users on the same system, but each person would have to wear their own HELP button.

Billing Frequency

SafeAtHome Alert does not have any long-term contracts and everyone gets the same low monthly cost for our emergency monitoring service. You can choose the billing frequency of your emergency monitoring service, which best suits your needs.

Warranty Assurance Program

Warranty Assurance SafeAtHome Alert now offers a Warranty Assurance Program / System Performance Guarantee! We know you depend on your SafeAtHome Alert equipment and that is why we use the highest quality rated equipment in the industry. All equipment is tested after programming to ensure it is working properly before we ship to you. However, if your console should happen to fail, simply contact SafeAtHome Alert for unlimited technical support. Our Customer Care personnel can dial right into your system and troubleshoot your equipment.

Well-Being Rx Program

The SafeAtHome Alert System includes a life-saving program called the Well-Being RX Program. In the event that a 911 emergency medical team is called to your home, this program ensures that the 911 responders gain immediate access to critically important information about your medical information and prescription drugs.

Pet Protection Program

We love pets too! Our unique Pet Protection Plan helps ensure that when you need help, your pet is not forgotten. SafeAtHome Alert has a place to record information about pets that are in your home. If a 911 emergency medical team is called to your home, they will be notified by our operators of the pet(s) on premises and told your pet’s name. This preparation can reduce difficulties at the scene and help minimize pet stress. If you are taken from your home to the hospital, your call list will be reminded that your pet has been left at home alone, so someone can make arrangements for your pet’s care. Peace of mind for pet owners is another way that we look out for you.

Additional Help Buttons

The SafeAtHomeAlert System can support up to fifteen Personal Help Buttons or Wall Help Buttons. Purchase additional buttons for your own convenience or to protect additional people in your home.

Wall-Mounted Help Button

SafeAtHome Alert recommends that you wear your personal Help Button at all times. For some of our clients this may not always be possible. The Bathroom & Hallway button easily attaches with double-sided tape to any surface. Place one in the bathroom, bedroom, or any additional location where a fall might be more likely.

Emergency Lock Box

SafeAtHome Alert's Lock Box is safe and secure, with easy to set combination or change features, that only take seconds.

Emergency response time can be faster with a lock box over hidden key locations, which can be hard to locate. With your lock box, you will greatly reduce the chance of damage happening to your home in the event of an emergency.

DSL Filter

A DSL Filter is required if your home has DSL telephone services.
